This is a food that only canadians seem to know. I tried it when I visited there, and since then have gotten a craving for it. Since I could not find any restaurants in the U.S. that makes this, I decided to make it myself.
Ingredients:
- Potato or french fries
- Chedder Cheese Curds
- Gravy

If using a potato make french fries as you would normally. Once almost all cooked, throw both the gravy and cheese curds onto the fries. The cheese should melt some. If not warm them up.
