Originally, I wanted to create a chile recipe to enter a chili contest down the street from where I live. Unfortunately, I did not have enough time to perfect my recipe (too much time spent working on this site). Instead I went to this chili fest, enjoying the chili creations of others. It was a great time. Here are some pictures from that event.
I arrived at the chili fest early, to help set up. Since there wasn't much for me to do, I took pictures of the chefs. Here is a picture of Billy, creater of his special "6 meat chili".
